BOOKINGS & CANCELLATIONS:

No provisional bookings can be accepted.

A non-refundable deposit of £30.00 will be required at the time of booking.

If you cancel your booking within 21 days of the start of the booking full payment will be required.

Should you drop off on a later date than you originally booked or collect earlier than originally booked you will still be charged for these days.

For your convenience a drop-off  time will be arranged at the time of your booking.

We offer a Collection and Drop-off service (charges apply)

VETERINARY ATTENTION:

Should any animal require treatment, we reserve the right to call a veterinary surgeon and act upon his advice, the expense incurred to be met by the owner of the animal.

If your cat is on medication you need to provide this in the original packaging, complete with the label from your veterinary surgery. You will be asked to sign a medication form with us.

FLEAS & WORMS:

We take a great deal of care to ensure that our facility remains a safe haven from fleas and worms so your cat doesn't contract them.

An effective flea management programme requires treatment by a vet-recommended formula every 4-5 weeks. If your cat is not on a regular flea treatment programme, please apply a flea treatment such as Frontline just before your cat comes to holiday with us.

If your cat has not been wormed within the last three months prior to staying with us, please administer an appropriate worming treatment before boarding commences.

 

If we find that a cat boarding with us has arrived with fleas and/or worms, we will administer an appropriate treatment, the cost of which will be added to your final invoice

If we find that a cat boarding with us has arrived with fleas and/or worms:

Due to the wide range of treatments available and our duty of care for your pet we will contact your vet and administer or take the cat to your vet to administer an appropriate treatment.

The cost of the treatment and the cost of transportation or collection of any medication will be added to your final Invoice.
