Our Charges

We have tried to keep our costs simple and easy to understand. however,  Unfortunately the unexpected increase in energy costs means we now have to revise our costs.

 

All bookings between October 1st 2022 and April 1st 2023 will attract an additional daily charge of £1 per Pen heating supplement.

Accomodation Cost 2022

1 cat  = £ 16.00p + heating supplement

2 cats= £ 21.00p +  heating supplement

 

And that's it. No extra charges for things like regular attention, spending time with your cat, daily brushing, etc.

 

This charge assumes you are able to drop your cat off in the afternoon session and collection occurs in the morning sesion.

 

We will discuss discounts for continuous stays of 28 days or more

Please Note:

  • A minimum charge of £30 is applied to all bookings

  • There is an additonal charge of £10 per day per pen for ALL Bank Holidays 

Pick-Up & Drop-Off

 

£1.50 per mile  with a minimum charge of £6.00

 

We are more than happy to arrange the collection and return of your pet to your home address.

Other Costs

Sadly there will be times when there are other costs that just can't be avoided. We hope such situations will never arise. A few examples include:

  • A cat arriving on our premises requiring flea or/and worming treatment     

  • A cat arriving with an undisclosed condition that requires vetinary intervention

  • Vets Invoiced cost + any disbursements(mileage to Vets, travel time, etc.).

  • Please check out Boarding Conditions for other charges that may be applied.
